  • How long does shipping take?

    Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
    Tier 2 & Other Cities: 4–10 business days
    Orders placed before 2 PM IST on business days are usually dispatched the same day. A tracking link is shared once your order is dispatched.

  • What is the shipping charge?

    Enjoy free shipping on all orders across India with no additional delivery charges. We currently do not offer same-day delivery.

  • Order Modification & Cancellation

    You can modify or cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please email our support team at care@leapfuels.com with your order number as soon as possible.
    Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification is no longer possible.

  • My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

    If your order arrives damaged, please email care@leapfuels.com with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
    Our support team will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.
