Aarathi Swaminathan| Brand Ambassador | Leap Nutrition

Aarathi Swaminathan is an endurance athlete, triathlon coach, and one of India’s inspiring figures in endurance sports. A former national-level track and field athlete and district-level swimmer, Aarathi returned to competitive sport after stepping away from athletics to build her career. Her journey back into sport began with running, cycling, and swimming before she discovered triathlon.

In 2019, Aarathi made history as India’s first woman vegan IRONMAN, completing the full IRONMAN in Busselton, Western Australia. Her endurance journey continued with multiple triathlons, including IRONMAN 70.3 races, age-group podium finishes at IRONMAN 70.3 Goa and Vietnam, and the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in New Zealand in 2024, where she finished in 7:09:47.

Beyond racing, Aarathi is deeply involved in growing endurance sports in India. She works as a triathlon coach and has been associated with IRONMAN India, while also contributing to athlete services and race experiences. She has played an important role in initiatives supporting greater participation of women in endurance sports.

Her story represents resilience, discipline, transformation, and the belief that it is never too late to pursue a dream. As a LEAP Nutrition Brand Ambassador, Aarathi embodies the mindset of athletes who keep moving forward—through every training session, every challenge, and every finish line.
